Shipping days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Currently all packages are shipped via US Postal Service. Please take a moment to read and make sure you understand shipping and returns policy.

Orders are shipped from Southern California.

Most orders for items in stock are shipped within 1 business day.

Domestic
- Free Shipping for orders $25 or more; otherwise, $2.95 flat rate shipping..
- Usual delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Listed delivery times are those quoted by the USPS. Please note we have no control and are not responsible for any delays that occur after packages are given to the post office.

International
- First-class International: Usual delivery time is 1-3 weeks.
- Priority International: Usual delivery time is 6-10 business days.

Listed international delivery times are quoted transit times. Please note we have no control and are not responsible for any delays that occur after packages are given to the post office.

Sales Tax
Sales tax only applies to orders shipping to California, it does not apply to orders shipping outside of California.

Money-Back Guarantee & Returns
Unless stated otherwise, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. You may return items within 15 after delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange or store credit, whichever you prefer.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless a mistake is made on your order.

Returns after 15 days are at the sole discretion of Silver Lake Jewelry and may be subject to restocking fees.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Some charges may apply or items may be refused if they are not returned in their original condition. Custom-made, resized, engraved or otherwise modified items cannot be returned.
